    Cushman & Wakefield Kingston transacted the sale of the historic and iconic S&R building to ABNA Investments Ltd. who redeveloped the building to LEEDS Silver certification with a rooftop garden and four floors of prestige office space above ground floor commercial. It was renamed the "Smith Robinson Building."  Cushman & Wakefield​ Kingston was then retained to undertake the leasing of the newly renovated building and has secured such national brand retailers as Milestones Bar + Grill, Urban Paws and Marble Slab Creamery.
