John Weatherall (the “Seller”) has retained Cushman & Wakefield Kingston (the “Broker”) as its exclusive broker, upon a “Principals Only” basis, to offer the sale of 1243 Front Road (the “Property”), located in Kingston, ON.
All submissions are requested to be submitted on the Purchaser’s Agreement of Purchase and Sale provided for initial review. Based on the submissions received, the Seller may proceed negotiating with one or more parties with the intention of executing the Agreement of Purchase and Sale.

Qualified Buyers should note that the Seller is under no obligation to respond to or accept any purchase proposal for the Seller’s interest in the Property. The Seller reserves the right to remove its interest in the Property from the market at its discretion at any time. The Property and all fixtures and chattels included with the Property are to be purchased on an “as is, where is” basis. The highest, or any purchase price, will not necessarily be accepted. The Seller reserves the right to dispose of its interest in the Property
in any manner it chooses, at any time, at its sole and absolute discretion.
