Peter Kostogiannis is Broker of Record/President of Cushman & Wakefield Kingston. A Real Estate Broker in the ICI (Industrial-Commercial-Institutional) sector since 1984, Peter specializes in full-service real estate solutions.
For over 30 years, Peter has demonstrated his versatility in serving his clients through investment sales, facilitation of complex deals, and leveraging in-depth market knowledge, and local, national and international contacts.
Martin L. Skolnick is Vice President of Cushman & Wakefield Kingston. Martin is an ICI (Industrial-Commercial-Institutional) Broker who has practiced real estate in Kingston since 1987, after attending Queen's University.
Martin has developed a multi-disciplinary approach during his extensive career in real estate. Drawing on his comprehensive knowledge of the market and network of local, national and international connections, he provides clients with real property solutions in office/industrial sales and leasing, development consulting, and investment sales.
Stacey MacDonald is a Broker with Cushman & Wakefield Kingston, having joined the team in 2008. She is also an Associate Member of the International Council of Shopping Centres.
Born and raised in Kingston, Stacey studied Business Administration-Marketing/Public Relations at St. Lawrence College. She had over 7 years experience in the Client Management field in Toronto - managing clients in the Insurance, Government and Private sectors - and over 16 years experience in the Customer Service Industry prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Kingston. Stacey has completed a broad range of transactions since joining DTZ, including large industrial, retail/office leasing, and multi-residential. Her solid track record can be attributed to superior attention to detail, a high level of service commitment and her extensive relationship management background.
Scott Botting is a Sales Representative with Cushman & Wakefield Kingston, having joined the team in 2008, following graduation from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree. Since joining the Cushman & Wakefield Kingston team, Scott has developed comprehensive knowledge and experience in the intricacies of selling and leasing retail, office, industrial and investment properties throughout Eastern Ontario.
Scott focuses his efforts on understanding the needs of his clients, and ensures that they receive the most current market information to assist them in making timely and strategic real estate decisions.
